Bilateral stimulation is a treatment element of EMDR therapy, a psychological treatment method which harnesses your brains ability to process sensory information to de-activate the physical and mental distress which inhibits sleep. The resulting normalization of brain activity creates the conditions for sleep to happen, naturally and effortlessly. If you suffer from insomnia related to PTSD, medical problems or just general stress and anxiety this app is for you. This app works best with a good internet connection and headphones. Key Features - 6 sessions of guided meditations, music, natural sounds and bls, + 10 = 16 sessions, over 5 hours listening (premium version only) - Different sessions for ‘getting to sleep’ and ‘getting back to sleep’ - Different sessions for overcoming worry and tension, the 2 main causes of insomnia - Individualized recommendations based on sleep assessment questionnaire results - Ability to create individualized playlist - Ability to loop sessions indefinitely Plus: - 6 x unique sleep hacks for stressed people (premium version only) - Selected inspiration quotes to counteract negative attitudes and beliefs that might be contributing to your insomnia - Assessment Questionnaire indicates whether you might be suffering from a more serious sleep disorder ## Sleep Restore Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/19/f6/2a/19f62a6d-b5c0-73ee-c8da-6ad8ea257420/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/ee/20/86/ee208644-86a0-b8f3-4d52-c9f1809bde8a/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/a3/77/56/a37756c0-9739-f67f-0d35-fee1ac151f28/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/51/6e/00/516e000e-200f-034f-f110-e11cf3a7ab72/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/0b/24/7e/0b247eb5-bbdd-6e7b-9248-f619f5ac3b0f/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) ## Sleep Restore Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 26 (79%) - 4 stars: 1 (3%) - 3 stars: 3 (9%) - 2 stars: 1 (3%) - 1 stars: 2 (6%) ## Sleep Restore Reviews in United States ### ***** "DrKristihughes" Thanks -- Dr kristihughes60, 2022-11-30 ### ***-- "Good app, but several options just don’t work" Several of the playlist options have load errors, so even if you pay for premium, you’re not getting that many of the recordings. -- 9283746363, 2022-09-25 ### ***-- "Hard to use" I am trying to play from a list after purchasing the app and it plays for a few seconds and then freezes. I will try again later but I may ask for my money back. -- someonetrying, 2022-07-21 ### *---- "No way to sample" Amazon , almost all music selling platforms, etc. allow you to hear the song 20-30 seconds. I heard 1 song. When I wanted to try out others on the app to see what was out there, I had to pay full price for song. This doesn’t work for me. I need to know what kind of music is available with a sample before purchasing. I didn’t purchase anything. Thank you! -- Redsunset22, 2020-09-08 ### ***** "I love this app so much" I have been using this app for over a year now and it has been the most helpful app I have ever downloaded. I struggle with PTSD which makes it almost impossible for me to fall asleep at night. I used to lie in bed awake for hours before falling asleep, if I slept at all but with this app, I listen to “The Night Watchman” audio and fall asleep almost instantaneously. I have listened to the audio hundreds of times and I have never made it to the end without falling asleep. This app is so so so amazing and I can not recommend it enough. -- Roserulz, 2020-06-11 ### **--- "Not good for people with PTSD" As I was floating off to sleep, to the sound of his voice, I was startled awake by the sound effect of birds taking flight. Not good for people with PTSD or easily startled. Also large difference in volume between instructional sections, which is quite jarring, especially when trying to fall asleep. -- Neg 5 stars, 2019-10-25 ### ***** "Not Just a Sleep App" I hugely recommend this APP as a coping resource for anyone suffering with the following: ADD/ADHD, anxiety, panic, insomnia, trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, nightmares, night terrors, OCD, trauma, C-PTSD, PTSD, regulation, stress, trouble being mindful, trouble relaxing, so much more. This APP is my favorite goto coping tools; no matter the time of day!!! Enjoy!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -- JSKKmommy, 2019-08-25 [View all Sleep Restore reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Sleep Restore In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Premium Access | $7.99 | ## Sleep Restore Discovered Keywords -
