Charged me $30 for a free trial
Got the year subscription, as it came with a free trial for seven days, went to cancel after one and they had already charged my card $33. Absolutely no way to contact them, very frustrated.

Hello, I use the app since a few weeks. Sometimes it does not reflect my sleep at all. More then that, one morning, I was shocked to hear someone else talking on the voice registered. So now I am to afraid to use it. How can two persons voices can be switch? Does it mean that another person can hear what’s going on in my bedroom? I would like to be reimbursed because I won’t use it anymore that’s for sure. Too bad because I like it very much. Waiting to hear from you, thank you

Is the best thing I can’t wait to find out others things
Paid and not accurate
You have to pay for everything and it’s not even accurate. Pretty bad scam and I fell for it. The only purpose I had for this app was to listen to what happens at night and I had to pay. Yes you can listen to white noise(to an extent without fees) and whatnot but, YouTube and other music streams exist and are far way better!
Inaccurate data tracking
I recorded one night and I am completely disappointed at how inaccurate it was. It said I went to sleep at 1040pm but at 1045 I was putting my watch on so couldn’t have been asleep. It also said I slept until 7am but I was awake at 4am and even got out of bed. Maybe I am not using this app properly but based on the first night, I won’t waste my time going forward. It’s unfortunate that I already paid for the year.
BAD!
I had the app for 3 days and everything was fine it didn’t even bring up the fact that I had to pay, then I got a new phone and as I went to download the app it tells me to pay? I used it that night and it only showed me my snoring not anything else? And it told me to do the 7 day free trial or pay 25$!!! So I went and clicked on it and it didn’t work it wouldn’t let me! Honestly this app is just such a scam don’t bother using it.

Charged me full price and lied about free trial. Not ok. Update* despite the developers response I was indeed charged right away & never was given the 7 days. Do not trust them!!

Very difficult to use in free mode. The payment screen pops up every time you touch your screen. I’m not interested in the paid features.
Picks up my shows
I fall asleep at night listening to my crime shows on my phone - some people need white noise, some people need raindrops and I need murder / anyways for an entire hour it just recorded a crime show on the sound. Can’t use this app because of that - that’s the only way I can fall asleep.
