It showed my heartrate all night long and the spike and dip times that showed I had nocturnal hypertension. This new version is garbage. It shows a high and a low with nothing in between and no times. Sleep stages is the only parameter that matters and this device never gets it right. I have another sleep tracker that disagrees every night. I do like the Biological Clock. I use it as my alarm clock.
