This app crashes every time I try to register. It also complains about my chosen password before it crashes, even though my password definitely meets the requirements specified (20 mixed case characters with numbers and symbols). This happened three times in a row before I gave up. 

I am a software engineer myself and I’d be embarrassed if this were something I had developed, given the reviews I’ve seen and my own experiences. Thankfully the CPAP machine itself works well but I’ll definitely be researching the app associated with the next machine I buy in future.

No Bluetooth function so I couldn’t use the app. I’ve tried many times followed all the instructions.

I saw many people wrote the reviews regarding bad connection.  Not sure the computes no doing anything to fix the problem has been raised so many times and many years.
If I still see the same issue my next machine I will switch back to ResMed.
Bad app and bad response to the problem and the customers.

Absolutely a waste of time!! You must disconnect the power cord 1 time a week in order to have the reading. Since the 12 of November, my app doesn’t read anymore my stat even if I unplugged the powercord!!!
