How it works: 3 steps to a healthy sleep schedule
1) Set your own challenging bedtime and wake-up goal.
2) Open the SleepTown app before your bedtime goal and start constructing a building.
3) Wake up before your wake-up goal, shake your phone to clear your mind, and see which building you got. Every morning the building is a surprise that will motivate you to wake up!

Well, I always new that gamification apps were a powerful tool to braking bad habits bud only with SleepTown I’ve learned how much. It won’t beat your insomnia if you have some, but going in bed on time will now be on the top of your list. For those who have problems in the mornings it’s awesome, because looking forward to see what building you got in combination with shaking your phone will wake u up for sure. I personally recommend to learn about a circadian rhythm and sleep cycles for setting the sleeping time correctly and meditation in the evening for falling asleep in no time.
