SleepTown ist eine wunderbare App, die dir hilft, einen gesunden und regelmäßigen Schlafzeitplan zu folgen. Wenn von dir aufgestellte Schafziele erreicht werden, werden die schönen Gebäude aufgebaut. Fang jetzt an, leg das Handy einfach hin und bau deine eigene Stadt während des Schlafs. 

Falls du immer aufs Handy schauen and Probleme hast, bevor du schlafen gehen das Handy hinzulegen. Oder wenn du ein regelmäßiger Schlafzeitplan haben möchte. Dann ist diese App geeignet für dich!

Wie das funktioniert: drei Schritte zur gesunden Schlafgewohnheiten 
 1) Stell dein anspruchsvolles Schlafzeitplan auf. 
 2) Öffne die App vor der geplanten Schlafenszeit, und fange den Bau des Hauses an. 
 3) Stehe vor Wachszeit auf, schüttle dein Handy und guck mal was für ein Gebäude hast du gebaut. Was für ein Gebäude gebaut zu sein ist eine Überraschung für dich, die dich motiviert, pünktlich aufzustehen.

 • Jeder Tag 4-10 Schlafstunden halten

 • Gebe deine gesammelten Münzen aus, um neue Gebäudearten freizuschalten
 • Bekomme Einnahmen von allen aufgebauten Gebäude
 • Bekomme besondere Einnahmen von aufeinanderfolgenden erfolgreichen Tagen 
 • Ziere deine Stadt mit Böden, Gebäude und Dekorationen

### **--- "Good App but needs some changes!"
I really love Sleep Town, but I might stop using it if some things aren’t improved: 1.A whitelist option for apps, like Forest has, would be great. This way, I could play music, use meditation apps, or access other tools without losing my progress. 2.Keeping the app open all night drains the battery. Maybe it could track sleep for just the first hour, then run in the background? With these changes, I’d definitely stick with Sleep Town!:)
