Won’t even let me login

I downloaded the app as my local takeaway started using it. I can login and order via the website, but the app consistently rejects the same credentials (yes, I’ve triple checked they’re correct). The support team said they’re “looking into it” 2 weeks ago and went very quiet. Basically it’s totally useless and has made ordering takeaway food hard.
