Offered an unreasonable solution than the support agent left support chat -- Apey7000, 2026-09-12 ### ***-- "Don’t like the service fee" I understand the convenience, but on top of that fee add tip and it gets expensive -- security at all times, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Creates issues to rip you off" I tried several ways to redeem my free pizza. They had an issue every time on how their app wasn’t working right. The first time I called after I sent my order I thought it went through but it didn’t. They told me there was something wrong with the app and to call next time before I order and they can put it through. About a week later I tried again. The app again wasn’t working. So I called again and they told me the app wasn’t working and to call back after I ordered this time so they could credit it. The food came I ate got busy and I forgot to call them back right away. The next time I ordered I called them after I ordered and they then told me the process has changed and they can’t push it through after the order anymore and credited my account a coupon for the price of a cheese pizza. So now on the 4th time I actually get to use the voucher for my free pizza. During that I I made 4 qualifying purchase which they wouldn’t credit me. Because according to them “ I couldn’t accumulate more points until I used the other voucher” I told them I tried to I had proof of emails and phone calls of me trying to get my free pizza. They are the ones who had an issue and didn’t fix it until I had called and tried to redeem it 4 times. Very unprofessional I could understand if I was abusing the service but they literally could go back and see I added a plain cheese pizza to my orders and made several phone calls and messages trying to redeem it and they are the ones who couldn’t fix a problem on their end. -- nicknamexxxxxxx8800, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "App still sending push notifications after I turned them off" App itself is fine, but I’m still getting promotional push notifications even after I turned them off under settings -- Johnihv, 2026-09-10 ### ***** "GOAT" Great food, great service. -- JessVande33, 2026-09-09 ### *---- "Caution - no support" I have used the slice app many times. There are many good features to it. However, my lunch order was delivered late and it ruined our dinner plans, before I had to cancel the reservation since the food was delivered for lunch late. Additionally, the food delivered was incorrect. They ignored our request on customizing the sandwiches. We ate lunch due to the late delivery and a hungry party. when I contacted slice for some consideration, some discount some support for this, slice could not help. They did not have my back, they did not support me. What’s the advantage of using slice? I might as well. just call these restaurants up directly. I do not recommend slice. It hdoes not help you when it matters the most. I have deleted the app. Slice does not support their users. I cannot support Slice. -- Bobperil, 2026-09-09 ### ***** "Saves the restaurant money" And I don’t have to phone call like it’s 1985 or wait around. -- E Rocc, 2026-09-08 ### **--- "Prices higher in-app" I’ve used Slice for 3+ years now and dozens of orders and was disappointed to just learn that the app allows restaurants to raise their prices for each menu item on the app. Just be aware that you’re likely paying more by using this app. -- SweetPotatoPie9, 2026-09-08 ### *---- "Food way to expensive" If you’re local just go pick it up. This thieving app jacks up the price waaaaay more than should be criminally possible. No wonder they’re getting sued -- TheKingCornbread, 2026-09-07 ### ***** "Pizza" Best Pizza in North Carolina! -- whiskey Bent and Hell bound, 2026-09-07 ### ***** "Smooth" Super easy and efficient app. -- superdupperdaddyO, 2026-09-07 ### *---- "Horrible" Do not use a this app, it doesn’t communicate with the store and gives false information about the order. The customer service is the worst -- IngaLuke, 2026-09-07 ### ***** "Good food pieces are high" Good pizza my only complaints is that when you’re getting toppings on half a pizza they charge you the same price to get the topping on the whole pizza. Their prices are high. I believe we got a XL pizza wings and a hoagie and it was over $100 -- JR15229, 2026-09-07 ### *---- "Slowest Delivery" If you want to wait 2 hours for your food order through this app. -- beotaylor, 2026-09-06 ### ***-- "Update needed" Please change the auto default to the last place you ordered. It is not intuitive and hard to change restaurants. The first thing the app should do is ask you to pick your restaurant. We ordered from the wrong place by accident. -- JJ2 review, 2026-09-06 ### ***** "Awesome" 🤌🤌🤌 -- The AmericanX, 2026-09-04 ### *---- "What happened? Lazy delivery and store employees" Your company now has a reputation from this company to not order -- rthappy, 2026-09-04 ### ***** "Pizza and garlic knots" By far the best garlic knots I’ve ever had. And the pizza is right there at the top of the list. Got this the first time couple days ago. And it’s been on my mind since. And I’m a picky eater. Amazing. Can’t wait to try other things. -- BadNewz VA, 2026-09-04 ### **--- "No confirmation bar" I did my order and could not figure out how to send it as there was no way to do so. I finally decided to click on the dead space at the bottom of the page and it processed! You need to fix your site!!! I’ve ordered at least a dozen times and never had this issue! -- Mom yo 715, 2026-09-04 ### ***** "Awesome" It’s so awesome -- mom charmer, 2026-09-03 [View all Slice reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Slice Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Food Drink | #62 | ## Slice Discovered Keywords - delivery - food near me - take delivery - slice - slice it - slicelife - pizza slice - the slice - slice pizza delivery pick up - domino's pizza app ## Apps Similar to Slice - [Wegmans](https://apptail.io/app/wegmans-IC/united-states) - [Beyond Menu Food Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/beyond-menu-food-delivery-lme/united-states) - [Jet's Pizza](https://apptail.io/app/jets-pizza-frl/united-states) - [ChowNow: Local Food Ordering](https://apptail.io/app/chownow-local-food-ordering-Jvl/united-states) - [One Bite by Barstool Sports](https://apptail.io/app/one-bite-by-barstool-sports-Yno/united-states) - [Goldbelly: Ship Food & Gifts](https://apptail.io/app/goldbelly-ship-food-gifts-LHH/united-states) - [Seamless: Local Food Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/seamless-local-food-delivery-bPL/united-states) - [Just Salad](https://apptail.io/app/just-salad-OQL/united-states) - [Wonder: Food Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/wonder-food-delivery-WWZ/united-states) - [honeygrow](https://apptail.io/app/honeygrow-Egbb/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
