Terrible app doesn’t work at all

Absolute rubbish, app useless doesn’t work. I wouldn’t bother installing as they fill your inbox up with junk mail

All of the offers and rewards are only available via the till not via the in store ordering screens or the click & collect option. This is something that Slim Chickens needs to sort out as a matter of urgency. I enjoy the food and the service in their restaurants but the app is almost out of the Stone Age.

Won’t let me sign in because another account was used on device!

Can’t get access to promo codes to benefit from the so pretty useless to me.

Would give no stars but not an option.I have had my loyalty card for some time. On a few occasions the outlet in Princesshay Exeter are unable to scan the loyalty card so I do not benefit by collecting stamps. Recently spent over £50 and no reward stamp . The outlet advised me to call / get in contact with the customer service on the app. I pointed out there is nothing and the person said I don’t know.

App does not work with order screens (offers, loyalty QR code) Order screens often fail at last stage. So try and order with QR code on table it does not open this app but some third party website for which again, the app offers, loyalty and some menu items are not available. Too expensive for simple food and too many ordering headaches. Been twice now would not do again.

For the third time now after being served by staff my stamps have never appeared after using my loyalty card and now I’ve found that all my stamps have vanished! I can’t believe it as the stamps were valid till June 2024 and it’s currently only August 2023. I thought it was too easy earning a free meal after only five stamps and I was right because they just disappear!

Maybe I’m being thick but I’m not getting loyalty points when using the table QR code
