Ich habe unter anderem Tiktok, Instagram & Youtube gesperrt, und jedes mal wenn man die App öffnen möchtet, kommt ein Screen, wo steht wie oft man die App noch öffnen kann, und die Option die App für eine bestimme Zeit zu öffnen (Kann man selber einstellen wie es einem passt) oder sie direkt wieder zu schließen. Bei mir persönlich funktioniert die App extrem gut! Ich erwische mich immer wieder mal beim Öffnen der jeweiligen App, und so ein extra Bildschirm bringt das Gehirn wieder zum Denken und dan hinterfragt man, ob man das jetzt wirklich machen möchte.
