They were not cheaper than the other service I had. That was #1 #2 I had a fire and the alarm never went off. #3 for online service it is extra and I had to pay for the remote to alarm or disable the alarm. The service is not good and #4 notifications to say something is open it is so low I am unable to hear it if I am upstairs. Can’t wait for this to be over.
It’s great to be able to arm and disarm my system from afar or even while in my home. Very simple to use. Also like the fact I can see that all the doors are properly closed, etc. I very much enjoy this app!
Please update the device software to ensure that only the primary master can access the arm/disarm history on both the alarm system and mobile device. This measure is essential for security and privacy. Setting changes should only be accessible to the primary, not everyone in the household.

The app never works. You need to constantly restart it. And when you finally get it working it takes up to a minute to actually disarm the system.
