App doesn’t work most of the time blank screen can’t set or shut off alram on app

Wow new key pad so easy to use I love my new system

Keep on saying door is open when it’s not

System fine but relocating to where Slomins does not do business in - not my fault ina neighboring state but being forced to pay for system I can no longer use. Reeks of a scam. Beware.

Technology is so far advanced than this app. App does not give notifications when system is changed. App is hard to navigate.

They were not cheaper than the other service I had. That was #1 #2 I had a fire and the alarm never went off. #3 for online service it is extra and I had to pay for the remote to alarm or disable the alarm. The service is not good and #4 notifications to say something is open it is so low I am unable to hear it if I am upstairs. Can’t wait for this to be over.

It’s great to be able to arm and disarm my system from afar or even while in my home. Very simple to use. Also like the fact I can see that all the doors are properly closed, etc. I very much enjoy this app!

Contact features of app do not work. Links do not work. Submission form doesn’t work Company has terrible customer service

The app never works. You need to constantly restart it. And when you finally get it working it takes up to a minute to actually disarm the system.

Love the app and easy to use
