### *---- "Worst Slot Game on Apple App"
Don’t waste your time on this app. I PURCHASED CHIPS AND NEVER GOT THEM. This app is a SCAM!!!!! Please don’t spend money.
-- Rutt Ro, 2025-12-04

### ***-- "Please check your game"
The game has a pop up that is stopping the game from loading for the last 4 days. Hopefully you can fix this before you loose lots of players. Because of the lack of wins hardly anyone is playing already.
-- Poison karma, 2025-06-05

### ***** "Customer service rude."
Been playing Slots Grape for years until recent. Like usual ran out of chips purchased 4.99 scratch off deal they have and charge duplicated. I told them this sent them bank statements but at time it only showed pending. They told me clearly it hasn’t charged just pending. Hum how often do just pending not clear your bank. Anyway they both cleared and was charged for both they say they can’t do nothing because they don’t handle purchases it is a third party. Which is fine just next time be straight up sorry you got ripped off nothing we can do thanks have a nice day.

### *---- "Take off"
Well they take grape slot off on google play just a matter of time before they do it on apple play store it a nice game but the winning in this game are horrible they cheat you out of chips in Tournaments and spinsit not right at all you have to spend the to get a little win in my book that not how its post to be and people are losing their accounts on top of it to this game really needs a upgrade desperately did no new games or nothing always the same games that should tell you something that the game is not doing well
-- kim 1245, 2023-12-15

### ***** "The game server is Down Again"
6/24/23 server is down yet again. It’s seems every few weeks this game crashes . Clubs( clans) can’t play the game is stagnant and old.
-- Shawn~Marie, 2023-06-24

### ****- "Slots Grape is STILL Fun"
After all of these years, this game is still fun.

I just wish the players where more social, because there is a chat feature in the game.

The other thing is why do they bring up a buy option when you win big. Ridiculous!!!
