Как восстановить из старого приложения?
Много лет назад скачал приложение, купил несколько словарей, прекрасно пользовался. Сейчас появился новый телефон, старого приложения не нашёл, есть только это. Нажимаю «Восстановить покупки» — реакции никакой? О старых купленных словарях можно забыть и нужно оформлять подписку?

Сильное разочарование. Не работает много разделов. Транскрипция жуткая. Изучение слов по карточкам невозможно. В общем, покупать не покупайте. Зоя потратите деньги.
Версия Deluxe русско-английский словарь
Ранее была подписка grand. Купил версию Deluxe - исчезло произношение, транскрипция стала очень странная, первый раз такое вижу - ужас!
Разработчик может в любой момент вас отключить
Покупала все словари несколько лет назад с бессрочным использованием. Разработчик удалил ту версию и сейчас невозможно ее восстановить. Не покапайте на длительный срок

Платную версию продавец украл.Обращение безрезультатно. Всё врут.
Безобразное приложение
Года два назад перестал работать англо-русский Словоед - повторно требует оплату; не стал писать отзыв, подумал - французская версия (более необходимая) функционирует, и слава Богу. Правда, на телефоне она не открывается уже около года, ну, думаю, буду на IPad смотреть. Но тут прилетело «разработчик должен обновить приложение до последней версии iOS”, тут уж ничего не поделаешь! В общем, автор когда-то деньжат срубил с нас легковерных, а теперь - хоть потоп. Резюме: не связывайтесь со Slovoed, выброшенные деньги…
Полное разочарование
Старая версия после обновления IOS не работает. Внезапно лишили словаря и денег, за него заплаченных. Новая версия гораздо дороже (ежегодная оплата!), при этом функционал беднее (отсутствует озвучка в том числе). Полное разочарование.
Обращение к разработчикам
Здравствуйте ! Программы словарей скаченных и оплаченных для английского и французского языка перестали работать. Пишет что разработчик должен обновить версию для работы с последним I OS. Исправьте пожалуйста
