It does one thing. You tap. You breathe with the haptics and the gentle sphere for sixty seconds. You go. That's it. — No streaks. — No "you missed yesterday." — No optimization dashboards. — No mood graphs or wellness scores. — No account, no email, no cloud sync. — Nothing leaves your device. Slowbeat is built around one piece of well-established physiology: breathing at about five to six cycles per minute, sustained for a minute or more, is among the most consistent ways to engage the body's calm response. That is the whole mechanism. The app is everything you need to do that, and nothing more. WHAT'S INSIDE — A sixty-second guided breath with haptics. Sound off by default. — Optional intentions for what you're about to do ("before this meeting"). — An optional one-word reflection after — how it felt. — A calendar peek, so the ritual can land before your next thing, if you want it to. — An Apple Watch companion, for breathing on the wrist when the phone isn't out. WHO IT'S FOR People who don't want another app that "tracks" them. Engineers, founders, clinicians, teachers, parents — anyone who needs a minute to land before the next thing, and is tired of being optimized. PRIVACY Slowbeat has no servers. There is no account. There is no analytics SDK. There is nothing to opt out of. Whatever you do in the app stays on your device, period. ABOUT The goal is not to make you a calmer person over six months. The goal is just to make the next thing that is going to happen easier with a minute to breathe. ## Slowbeat Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/c9/cf/df/c9cfdf99-cc3a-3d5f-ec06-ae3883028dff/slowbeat-01-hero_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/bd/c5/b6/bdc5b607-408f-7410-ee6c-3141908039ee/slowbeat-03-calendar_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/f3/2b/73/f32b7366-5657-4247-3c73-a9e915610c39/slowbeat-04-ritual_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/b5/cc/37/b5cc37a6-fe89-634a-fb6f-0e8d1a714b39/slowbeat-05-evidence_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/6a/80/c5/6a80c50e-d208-05e1-da75-f4d460fa94bb/slowbeat-07-mood_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/99/96/ca/9996cae2-73ee-538e-ad29-e32b61da23ed/slowbeat-08-watch_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d7/ec/fc/d7ecfcf2-83dd-2ebf-830d-a368dbf1be9a/slowbeat-09-privacy_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/c5/f7/74/c5f77496-39fb-4e90-20fb-7c2e2c7ccfd8/slowbeat-06-intention_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/db/0b/3e/db0b3e57-09ab-16af-befe-322797ef30a3/slowbeat-02-when_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/a0/2d/d4/a02dd4a9-2fdc-05f8-e2ef-2a0c7108f9d7/slowbeat-10-close_1.png/1284x2778.png) ## Apps Similar to Slowbeat - [iBreathe – Relax and Breathe](https://apptail.io/app/ibreathe-relax-and-breathe-zin/germany) - [Breath Hub: Guided Breathwork](https://apptail.io/app/breath-hub-guided-breathwork-IWK/germany) - [FST-7](https://apptail.io/app/fst-7-hBP/germany) - [Mindbreath : Breathing & HRV](https://apptail.io/app/mindbreath-breathing-hrv-nHS/germany) - [My Lift App](https://apptail.io/app/my-lift-app-KFRc/germany) - [(Not Boring) Vibes](https://apptail.io/app/not-boring-vibes-AQSm/germany) - [The School Of Breath](https://apptail.io/app/the-school-of-breath-Gvwu/germany) - [Calyra - AI Calorie Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/calyra-ai-calorie-tracker-vnyw/germany) - [Nymphe](https://apptail.io/app/nymphe-GmYy/germany) - [InkCare: Dövme Bakımı](https://apptail.io/app/inkcare-dovme-bakimi-eETA/germany) ## Slowbeat Available In - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/slowbeat-a-minute-to-breathe-sETA/germany) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/slowbeat-a-minute-to-breathe-sETA/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
