Нет звука, после перезагрузки перестало работать

Interestingly that you don’t have a chance for a free trial in order to see if the app suits you. Therefore, I did purchase it since I liked the intro interface and music. But unfortunately, I am not satisfied with it. Guided meditation is unsettling, since the voice is not calming but rushing and “irritating”, despite the beautiful front pages, there are many bugs, such as: I have to fill my profile every time I press that button (app doesn’t remember anything I entered earlier???), I want to add some background music but it doesn’t work, I set alarms to remind me about mediation since I want to make it my daily habit, but it didn’t send any notifications (yes, I did turn on notifications - I checked). Anyway, I have sent a message to support I want full refund!

Постоянно вылазит ошибка плохого подключения к сети. Озвучка медитаций так себе, медитации отовсюду поскопировали похоже. Попался на рекламу

This app is very sketchy. The fact that you can’t cancel your subscription within the app or through the Apple Store is insane. You actually have to send a manual email and a proof of purchase when they should have access to their own sales records so long as you provide them with the email you placed the order under. I definitely think this is done to trap people in a subscription longer than they intended.

I was curious and ordered a $6.99 one week subscription. Next thing you know they charge my card $29.99 for a month subscription (in addition to the one week subscription), then add two more charges of $19.99 for add ons that I didn’t ask for.

The app allows you to download meditations for offline listening, but it then won’t open without internet. Brutally frustrating if you travel as much as I do and want to listen to the music on a plane. ALSO - misleading marketing. For example, they advertise 33Hz tones, but nothing on the app says which sessions those are.

I signed up for only the 6.99 one week plan then all of a sudden I got an email showing I was charged almost $70 in fees/subscriptions. And attempting to get ahold of someone to request a refund is next to impossible. HORRIBLE.

I downloaded it to see if it would be useful and since then deleted it as it didn’t seem to be the right fit - actual account settings on the app doesn’t even exist by the way so all you can do is delete the app itself. Since then some third party company called paddle has been trying to charge me for it over and over again, emailing me every other day about it. Customer service has been unresponsive so far. Disputing charges with my bank at this point. Stay away. Not worth the headache

Saw the App on Instagram, purchased the special trail of the app for $14.99, which was debited immediately, and before I could even download the app they charged another $19.99 for an add-on I did not authorize. When I downloaded the app, it kept looping with the very same questions I had just answered on my chakras on IG and wanted me to re-purchase!! When I immediately wrote to them, I got a response that their third party was in charge of refunds - paddle.net. Then I get an email saying I have to tell them what country I bought it in, send all kinds of screenshots and they’ll review. While they act like they are a US company, they are based in Indonesia.
