Slug & Lettuce

We are from Holland and visiting Birmingham. I have tried all three payment methods. Apple Pay, PayPal and direct credit card. Nothing works!! Walked to the bar, ordered the drinks and paid directly without a problem. BS app if you are a foreigner!

Were not from united kingdom, but we are from the eu. And it wouldn’t accept our card

There isn’t a single sign or word saying you can’t take children with you. We were waiting for 30 minutes and a random waitress came to ask us to leave since we had children. Unbelievable. Please put an 18+ sign or smth

Thankyou Michael for my free Prosecco.such a treat.Dad and I called in for a last drink before catching the bus and were pleasantly delighted by the interior of the slug and lettuce.felt very relaxing.we only k we it as Yates so quite a surprise..Thankyou all again for the experience.Will definately come again .

So despite it being heavily promoted inside St Paul’s branch after half an hour waiting for drinks we were told they’re too busy to look at app orders.

App is a nightmare, 2 for 1 discount when checking out cannot adjust number of individual items ordered. You need to delete and start again. I knew I show have gone else where.
