I’ve had my SLX Hybrid Pro since way back in the kickstarter days and I still love it! There have been a few times that I’m needed to reach out to their customer service department for various things and each time they’ve been so incredibly helpful! Highly recommend both the product and the company! -- D'Rod Draper, 2025-04-03 ### ***** "Best low-cost indoor golf sim" My kids love being able to play golf year round with the Swing Logic! Easy setup and hours of fun! -- BIGGIB0706, 2024-12-06 ### ***** "Great customer service" Need to strengthen magnet! Fell off cart but Customer Service is extreme. The smart button was lost and they sent another next day. Thank you! -- JBPoteat, 2024-10-11 ### ***** "Great customer support!" I bought Version 1.0 of the MicroSim and had a heckuva time trying to figure it out and get it to connect to the E6 Portal. I returned it and then purchased the newer version 2.0. Again, I had an issue trying to sync it with the E6 portal because I had a previous license key with the previous version. I reached out and customer support sent me a link for a new key to get me up and running. Love the app and features and the E6 license is great. Makes hitting at home easy and fun. Can’t wait to use it on the course for GPS distance. Been using SwingU for a while so I’ll have to compare and update. -- Isnsixhsoasjdjdh, 2024-09-03 ### **--- "Worked great… the first time" Had a great range session the first time out. Got a lot of great data. Went out a week later for my normal range session and I couldn’t log in to my account but only as a guest(which doesn’t store your shot history). Now it says it can’t scan my device. Great concept, but if I only got one session with it, I’m going to be highly disappointed. -- Dlngst1, 2024-08-15 ### *---- "should have gotten PhiGolf, even my r motion sensors were a breeze compare to this…" Firmware update doesn’t work at all… worthless app and now a $200 coffee table decoration and I just got it… people like this should not be business owners it’s really pathetic how they release a shotty product and then just collect money with no remorse. -- tch89, 2024-04-16 ### ***** "This app was easy to use" I really enjoyed this app and using the driving range feature to improve my game! I went from a 20 HC down to 16 in a matter of a couple of months. It gives great feedback and helped me hone in on the areas I need to improve. Highly recommend! -- Jtrauts33, 2024-03-15 ### *---- "Worst customer experience of my life" Nothing but moving goalposts and under delivering. App is buggy and works poorly at best -- kylesmith5, 2024-03-09 ### **--- "Great a year ago, can’t connect now and customer service is lacking" I bought this product a year ago, it worked as it should. Lately, I can’t connect the device to either my computer or my phone. I submitted a ticket to Customer Service and it took a while to here from them only to suggest ideas I’ve already tried. I know they are putting upgrades to the program but that should not be a factor to a customer. -- Wade643, 2024-03-09 ### ***** "Excellent Sim for a Low Price" Purchased the Basic Pack which includes the MicroSim version 1.0 and Additional Clips for real clubs for $99.99. Can’t say how impressed I am with the simulator at such a low price. My club head speeds and ball speeds are right in line with any other professional simulator out there. It takes a bit to get set up and get everything calibrated, but for $100 it is an absolutely amazing product. Switching the sim from one club to the other really only takes a couple seconds. I purchased some foam balls and a mat to make it more accurate as I play from my living room with limited space and a 9 foot ceiling. The sim comes with 5 courses and I purchased an additional course 40 courses from E6 for $10/mo. Will upgrade to MicroSim 2.0 once released. -- Joey Ty, 2024-02-17 [View all SLX Connect reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SLX Connect Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/united-states) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/norway) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/japan) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/canada) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/bulgaria) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/bermuda) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/denmark) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/ecuador) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/estonia) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/france) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/united-kingdom) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/india) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/iceland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/italy) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/kuwait) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/cayman-islands) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/lebanon) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/luxembourg) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/latvia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/malaysia) - [Namibia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/namibia) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/netherlands) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/romania) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/singapore) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/slovakia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/turkey) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/ukraine) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/united-arab-emirates) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/vietnam) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/austria) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/azerbaijan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/slx-connect-OHZc/belgium) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
