Handy and very informational.
Nagpapa update ng mode of payment e ang tanging option lang naman ay EDIT (my gcash details) at CANCEL. How to proceed downloading the app? Pati pag add to cart sa grocery items using my old phone took how many seconds pa per item Ubos oras at pasensya. Sana may upgrade naman ng maayos na version.
I updated and when I browse I really can’t do anything because each button takes more than a few minutes to load. Not worth installing.

Made a grocery order for sm baguio. Doesnt seem like my order was processed or put into account. I was left scrambling trying to figure out how to contact anyone from sm as my order has not been delivered. Its one hours past my delivery time and still trying to figure out where i can get support. Chat support does not work. And all you are given are emails to contact. I dont recommend this app at all for making any orders.
ordered food from racks via this app. the sm rider was courteous and he followed the meet up instructions without complain. good 1st transaction experience.
Capslock para intense kasi nakuha nyo gigil ko. I ordered and paid a smartphone with your ongoing “open box” promo. The. After a day, got an sms (sms lang ah.. walang call nor apologies) stating that the unit is out of stock, when your online app indicated otherwise when I bought and paid it. And I can still increase the number of units I can buy in your app. So are you not coordinated with your merchants? Are you not updating the inventory every time there’s confirmed purchases made? Or is it an inside job that employees themselves hold the items so they can buy it instead and sell it at a higher price? It’s so frustrating to not getting an apology for the issue and the message sounded arrogant pa “pwede nyo naman icancel na lang sa app”. That first attempt of using the app might be the first and last time I’m going to use your app. I even emailed the customer service of SM and guess what, I got NO RESPONSE too. Bad service.. VERY BAD SERVICE!
Puro BoT dapat may real time agent ano yun pag may concern sa order sorry ka na lang!!! Tagal mo na nga mag aantay tapos pati obob na cs service wala pa
Okay sana yung platform idea kaso ang bagal ng app as in!!
