Picture of each item do not render, adding an item to cart takes forever. Even if you click the + icon, still does not adding the item to cart. Useless application.

The  paid reservation purchase system is nonsense if you’re going to auto cancel it for non food items. 

And it will take 1-10 days before they can return the refund. 

Not recommended for those who are busy and cannot pick up right away the item.

I redeemed their current promo at Bahn Mi which is to buy 1 Samgyupsal kimchi sandwich and get free drinks but when we arrived at their store they said they don’t have such promos. I recheck multiple times the said promo if I was in the right place and it was correct. I wasted my time going there. I tried to talk to their AI chat support also but it was pretty much useless too. What a scam!!
