Poor quality. It’ll connect initially, but not after. Trying to connect to it via phone app is a joke. It never senses it. What’s the point? I I even bought a brand new battery for it. I’m really disappointed. -- Ollie Vee, 2020-11-20 ### *---- "Absolutely useless, as well as incredibly obnoxious." So, I downloaded the app from the QR code on the device’s packaging. After installing the app, I attempted to pair the device, but when I pressed the camera button, the device produced a long, continuous, shrill beep that could be heard from across the house. The device was stuck closed, and I could not open it to remove the battery. I was left with no choice but to destroy it with a hammer to stop the noise. -- The Koali, 2020-04-21 ### *---- "ZERO FINDER!!!!" Horrible. Don’t buy! Had trouble pairing on iPhone. Then it just beeped continuously until the battery died! -- magster mama, 2020-02-04 ### *---- "Useless" Goes into a loop and doesn’t come out -- peterqt, 2019-09-28 ### *---- "Piece of crap" The app connected to my pet’s device for the first month or so, and has never connected again since. Have tried updating software, replacing batteries, restarting...all the things tech support would tell you to do. That’s not the issue; the issue is that this device is useless. Don’t waste your money. -- getz011, 2019-07-25 ### *---- "Return it fast" The prior review was right. It doesn’t work and there’s no customer service to discuss this with. Don’t waste your money. I don’t make a lot, and this is a lot of money to throw out! -- RobOldaker, 2019-07-13 ### *---- "Deserves 0 or negative stars" The tracker Smart Finder that is supposed to work using this app must be on its way out. Just about nothing wirks. After testing two brand new trackers with fresh battery have concluded tracker pretty worthless. You can get it to connect by pressing tracker ’camera’ button but it soon disconnects itself. Attemptin to connect via app on phone does not work at all. After trying different approaches and trying to troubleshoot in various ways, the tracker only did one thing; showed location for a few minutes until it disconnected and as explained above would not re-connect. DO NOT BUY the ’Smart Finder’ TRACKER. It is not smart, it is dumb. -- takenosht, 2019-02-26 ### *---- "Should have listened" Don’t waste your money or your time with this app. I couldn’t even get it to connect with my bluetooth to see if it worked. I tried several times with no luck. I bought this to put on my grandsons (whose in first grade) backpack. How disappointing. I hate when you buy something with kind of hype and it fails. -- Papa GDS, 2019-02-07 ### *---- "The tracker" I bought one for pet tracking. It does not work for that at all. Even though the site states that it works for pets. If you are prone to losing your keys in your home that is what this is great for. Or if your cat hides under the bed maybe it would work for a pet. If you get 50-75 feet away it gets lost. If you need something because you set your keys down and forget where you set them fairly close to where you are then sure it works fine. But NOT for pets that get out of the house. -- Huntfun1, 2019-01-21 ### *---- "My iphone is up to date, app needs a lot of bug fixes!" poor quality app, which needs a lot of work -- chrissidieling, 2018-11-12 [View all Small Lovely reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Small Lovely Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/united-states) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/france) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/mexico) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/canada) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/new-zealand) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/united-kingdom) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/china) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/italy) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/netherlands) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/taiwan) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/japan) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/australia) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/spain) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/south-africa) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/poland) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/hong-kong) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/india) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/saudi-arabia) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/denmark) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/austria) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/portugal) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/switzerland) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/thailand) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/chile) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/ukraine) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/israel) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/indonesia) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/lebanon) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/greece) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/russia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/sweden) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/uzbekistan) - [Honduras](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/honduras) - [Paraguay](https://apptail.io/app/small-lovely-rGyc/paraguay) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
