Good luck if you need to contact customer support as they must have a script to fob you off . The real trouble comes if you place a bet, win and they retrospectively decide to void it, probably illegal. If you do use it then I’d use a third party to deposit as I wouldn’t be comfortable trusting them with bank details . UPDATE In response to the feedback - I received an email from Smarkets stating I placed a bet at 12:50:35 (which won) and then this was voided at 12:53:28 …….. so nearly 3 minutes after my bet do the whole 8 seconds thing is quite frankly a lie . Happy to provide the email from yourselves as proof -- Seanypop, 2024-04-19 ### *---- "Rubbish" If your looking to place bets and cash out this app is really poor. The amount of money I have lost on big games. Latest Man City v Chelsea. Under 2.5 goals Error. - no liquidity in this market Unable to cash out… Why take a bet and then lock customers from cashing out?? -- as-musicconsultancy, 2024-02-17 ### *---- "Worst app ever" Constant lagging, rebuffing, disconnections, reconnections, response times when selecting prices or stakes overlapping and creating errors. Advise if continuing to use this app be extremely careful and patient when entering any information as it could cost you big time. I only put a star in so I could rate this c**p in all honestly if you get to read this RUN FROM THIS NOW -- ** WORST APP EVER **, 2024-01-13 ### *---- "Dynamic Island causes an issue" Great app - except Dynamic Island isn’t accounted for. You can’t read some notifications. -- thearbiter65, 2023-12-30 ### *---- "Poor customer service, slow app" I want to start by recommending users to try the competition. Matchbook have a great app, new feature and a responsive customer service team. Betfair, as expected, have a strong team and a very good app. Smarkets will consistently let you down. Understandable that there are new betting regulations and so more know your customer checks have to happen, however Smarkets is incredibly inefficient. There have been a number of times where they have taken a week to respond, only to ask for the same documents that I had sent that week before. This, combined with the loss of access to deposits and other features, can mean that you lose access to your account for months at a time (I have been in the process for over a month now and it is still not sorted, and know someone else with the same experience). There is also no good feedback system, I have requested to talk to managers and report the awful service but these requests are left blank. I am unsure who is responsible within the team for the severe lack of competence, however I have the names of the people who frequently send the same request back and so would expect management to contact me to get rid of the bad apples. App loses functionality after a bit of usage and gets really slow. -- wooshmantag, 2023-10-06 ### ***** "Smarkets" Excellent easy to use App -- Phil the flutter, 2023-09-18 ### *---- "Awful UI, functionality just doesn’t work" I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app over 10 times, constantly doesn’t load live bets/prices, sometimes doesn’t load anything at all. Do not download app better just sticking with it in browser mode -- Chief97578852, 2023-08-25 ### *---- "Terrible can’t even use" Don’t know if it’s an update but doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t ask me to login and doesn’t show me my balance. Shutting down app and restarting doesn’t work either. Unusable. -- geezagaz, 2023-07-25 ### *---- "All your reviews are fake" All your reviews are fake -- tinee tim, 2023-06-07 [View all Smarkets Betting Exchange reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Smarkets Betting Exchange Discovered Keywords - bet exchange - smarkets betting exchange - bet football - betting football - smarkets - free betting - betting exchange - matchbook betting exchange - sbk bet - matchbook ## Apps Similar to Smarkets Betting Exchange - [Betfair™ Exchange Betting Odds](https://apptail.io/app/betfair-exchange-betting-odds-Bt/united-kingdom) - [Sportingbet: Sports Betting](https://apptail.io/app/sportingbet-sports-betting-Obb/united-kingdom) - [BoyleSports Sports Betting App](https://apptail.io/app/boylesports-sports-betting-app-Hdc/united-kingdom) - [Spreadex Sports Betting App](https://apptail.io/app/spreadex-sports-betting-app-MSe/united-kingdom) - [oddschecker: Sports Betting](https://apptail.io/app/oddschecker-sports-betting-Xnj/united-kingdom) - [BetUK Sports Betting & Casino](https://apptail.io/app/betuk-sports-betting-casino-smq/united-kingdom) - [Parimatch Sports Bet & Casino](https://apptail.io/app/parimatch-sports-bet-casino-CPw/united-kingdom) - [Fafabet](https://apptail.io/app/fafabet-KKI/united-kingdom) - [888 Sport: Live Sports Betting](https://apptail.io/app/888-sport-live-sports-betting-MKI/united-kingdom) - [BETDAQ Exchange Betting](https://apptail.io/app/betdaq-exchange-betting-taHh/united-kingdom) ## Smarkets Betting Exchange Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/smarkets-betting-exchange-pjk/united-kingdom) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/smarkets-betting-exchange-pjk/ireland) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/smarkets-betting-exchange-pjk/sweden) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
