I’ve never seen an app with so many bugs, why does your update say you fixed bugs, which ones? Because people can barely Register can barely Login when so many insurances depend solely on this application. Your error messages are not helpful, clicking on a button sends multiple countless OTP messages, i can submit and resubmit multiple times and the page will just stare at me. Actually don’t fix it, pack it up, drop the database, scrap the whole thing!
I forgot password, got an OTP on my phone, then i am redirected to login page asking for a username and a password. Unfortunately i cannot remember the username too. No way to log in any other way. Its surprisingly hard to just log in. No customer service link anywhere on the login page.
Please update app, can’t access it on the updated IOS version.

Its so frustrating how this is the only app i have ever used that you cannot change your username once you put a username and you later want to change it unfortunately you cant
The app always says it’s failed to connect to the internet when trying to link it to the insurance providers
As one signs up on the app, one is asked to pick topics of interest from a list. To my surprise thyroid-sm is not on the list. Please add so people can learn more about this silent killer disease
