App does not work
I received a bibikoo frame as a gift and I was able to pair it to the app just fine the first time. It has been a few months and now I can not enter the app. I enter in my passcode but it keeps asking for my passcode every time. I tried to factory reset but the device is not responsive. It seems that the app no longer connects to the frame. Very disappointing.
