- New User Registration
One-time user registration with limited inputs like Username, Password, Name, email, Mobile number and area so that we can avoid taking personal information in complaints and service request registration.
- Onetime Login & Forgot Password
One-time login on the mobile app, authentication happens from the Citizen portal. Users who are registered on the citizen portal can login using the same credentials.
- View Citizen Profile & Change password
Citizen details like name, email id, mobile number and ‘change password’ prompt to be populated on profile screen
- Civic Issue Reporting
Citizen enters details of complaint type, complaint description. Complaint ID is generated as an acknowledgement. The location details for all the complaints are captured through GPS for effective resolution from field team.
- Complaint history
Citizen can view list of complaints created and corresponding details that are displayed against complaints. Complaint list along with details of status, provision for reopening complaints which are not resolved is also available

App not working v2.0

If you try to register a complaint under the Bbmp drop down , no categories show . Also no action is taken and cases are closed with ZERO Action ! What is the point of this app if there is no action & accountability ??

App is not working properly

After 15 days this app not working properly, I can't rise my complaint through this app

Worst app

Worst app we are not able to register the complaint. Evey time it's asking try again.Then how they resolve our issues and problems. Not able to handle app properly.please fix the issue first.

This app is just for name sake

No complaint solution

No use as no actions being taken

The app is only technically good in taking complaints but no resolution of complaints happen. Once you register complain someone will call and post that without resolving they will close it. There is no accountability nor responsibility to fix any issues reported. This is only a complaint registration app !!! No Solution!!!!

Login Issues

Just not able to login and it keeps showing otp sent, how will this work if we want some urgent help? After reading reviews looks like It’s been so many months- same issues not resolved?

Password field doesn't work

While signing up as a new user, the password field auto clears and prompts "Please enter password" even after entering the password multiple times. There are also problems in rendering UI elements.

Shameful

Such a shame on calling this app as India’s Silicon Valley’s smart app. Give the contract to me and I will make a better one. User can’t register on it. And everything will happen only after the user registration.

Invalid Otp on giving correct one

Tried 6 times but everytime it gives invalid otp message.
