Smart Closet - Your Stylist

I was using the app and spend 3 years adding items and creating look books just for everything to disappear one day. I have no idea why and what to do. What I cannot tolerate is that there is no support nowhere to be found. I spent so much time and energy and will definitely not start everything new. I don’t recommend this app only for the reason that it seems there is no support. It is very disappointing to have an issue with an app no help provided

This app just hits the right spot with their functions to document clothing items and lookbooks. I like the simplicity of adding items to my collection and the straightforwardness of creating outfits from it. Functions are exactly what I have in mind. Some things to improve tho: 1. When deleting an item used in some looks there should be an option to edit the items in the look so it won’t be purged while the item can still be deleted fast, 2. It’d be great to have a option to document the year of the purchase (e.g. Category, Status, Purchase time) to encourage slow fashion. I can now only mark them down in note. But by having a menu dedicated to it, it’d be handy to see how many items were purchased each year, and as time goes by how long they last etc.

Not working

this app deleted my entire closet and all the looks i created. no reason. i hate it

I just lost multiple years worth of work when I tried to follow the instructions to back up the app so I could put it on my new tablet. Literally everything is gone. I’m begging you guys to use a different app so you don’t have to deal with this.

Need ability to specify shoe type (IE heels, boots, flats, sneakers etc)

I haven’t been able to use the app for more than a year due to your Facebook login being out of date. Please fix it! Anyone who logged in with a Facebook account cannot use the app!

I wish there was an option to archive items I no longer own. I don’t want to completely delete them but I’d like to hide them. Other small things- it would be nice if we could add details like material, and the “auto” option for clearing the background of photos doesn’t work very well so I end up having to do it manually.

I’ve been using this app for awhile now and I love it but now for some reason when I try to search for an item the screen is blank. Also when I click on shop women, shop men, and designer A-Z the screen is also blank nothing pops up. I really enjoy making my outfits on here can you please help. Thank you!

I’ve loved this app for a while now, and have taken the time to curate my entire closet, but for months now I haven’t been able to log in or see anything because they have a Facebook connection issue that that won’t fix! This means all my work is useless and I can’t even get to my looks at all. There is currently no way to link accounts or change login styles away from Facebook. PLEASE FIX THIS!
