Smart Closet - Your Stylist

I bought the app a few years ago and logged in via Google. After a few months, logging in did not work as it should. Then all the work that I had done with the app was gone. I used another login option via Facebook and used the app for two more years. After a following update, the app is not long active for Facebook and all work is lost again. I am very disappointed because the app is really good and easy to use, but there is a big problem with logging in. In addition, the service center never answers, even though I wrote to them many times

App itself works well but all my items and outfits were suddenly gone and there is no way of getting in touch with support to retrieve the data. So I would not recommend spending time on this app, instead use one with a proper back up system in place.

Doesnt want to work at all, cant do anything on it

This app is really good! It has all the features i need and is the only closet app that is completely free! I reccomend!

this app deleted my entire closet and all the looks i created. no reason. i hate it

I just lost multiple years worth of work when I tried to follow the instructions to back up the app so I could put it on my new tablet. Literally everything is gone. I’m begging you guys to use a different app so you don’t have to deal with this.

Need ability to specify shoe type (IE heels, boots, flats, sneakers etc)

I haven’t been able to use the app for more than a year due to your Facebook login being out of date. Please fix it! Anyone who logged in with a Facebook account cannot use the app!

I wish there was an option to archive items I no longer own. I don’t want to completely delete them but I’d like to hide them. Other small things- it would be nice if we could add details like material, and the “auto” option for clearing the background of photos doesn’t work very well so I end up having to do it manually.

I’ve been using this app for awhile now and I love it but now for some reason when I try to search for an item the screen is blank. Also when I click on shop women, shop men, and designer A-Z the screen is also blank nothing pops up. I really enjoy making my outfits on here can you please help. Thank you!
