## Smart Envi Reviews in United States

### *---- "Decided disappear"
My devices are on the app and then sometimes when I go in they are missing - defeats the purpose of being able to control them remotely - can’t find them if I can’t see them in the app
-- LMGPA, 2024-12-17

### **--- "Buggy and unreliable"
After only a few days, out of the blue, my devices and groups don’t show up on the app screen anymore. Good internet connection all around. Could see the devices just 5 minutes earlier. No I guess Inwill have to reinstall the app but I am aftaid I will have to reinstall the devices as well.
-- Gigi Kontra, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Needs Major Updates!"
The app pretty much will work sometimes. Geofencing and scheduling may or may not work for the most part just wont engage. Heater is useless without these two features, can’t even call it a smart heater anymore.
-- RamDiezel, 2024-03-30

### *---- "Will NOT connect to internet"
Will you please fix it so Bluetooth is enough
-- BostonMom50, 2024-03-23

### **--- "Please add Matter support"
The app and connections are not stable. Would be good to have the middleware supporting Matter / HomeKit Google Alexa…
-- h_naoul, 2024-03-23

### ****- "Almost there! Needs historical data"
I love the product so far, the app is pretty good when it connects to the heater. What i wish it had was a running log. It’s really hard to tell how long the heater runs and is on or off this is data that i would really like to see! Historical data with temp a d running time! If they add that this will be my go to heater!
-- Psych012332, 2024-02-18

### ***** "A Game Changer"
I’ve recently started using the Smart Envi Heater and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The warmth and comfort it brings to my home is just perfect. It’s efficient and easy to use, and I love it’s convenience. The app is user-friendly and makes controlling the heater so convenient. Whether I’m in bed or out and about, I can adjust the settings right from my phone. It’s like having a remote control that works from anywhere!
-- DVEast21, 2024-02-15

### ***** "The new updated App is perfect!"
Glad to see they fixed all the bugs mentioned in early app reviews. The app is flawless and is simple to understand and navigate. Great job eheat!
-- TheJimster9164, 2024-02-14

### **--- "When it works it’s good."
Having lots of connection issues, reset hesters and within 30 seconds they were offline again. It says it has a wifi connection and even shows an IP. I like what these heaters can do, so please fix this!
-- Skinny Al, 2024-01-22

### *---- "Limited"
Wish you could use Bluetooth only and not the wifi to connect to the heaters. Don’t care to have these heaters connected to the internet.
