## Smart & Final Reviews in United States

### *---- "THE WORST APP!"
What is the point of having an app that barely ever seems to even function, but yet in store, they constantly push clipping coupons and saving them into the app. It never even works!
-- BrandyJo24, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Frustration"
This store/company has frustrated me all I will allow. After downloading the App years ago, and using periodically, my app would not open. It said password not recognized. I tried to reset on my computer and after it asked pages of information-all irrelevant as far as I am concerned; it didn’t recognize my password (again). I went to the store, they told me to do it on the computer! I’m done with Smart ‘n Final.
-- !Lori!, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Terrible app!"
The most useless app I’ve ever loaded onto my phone! you can’t sign in, you can’t load coupons. It barely even functions as it is. It takes forever to load things. This is so discouraging to the point I don’t even go to the store anymore.
-- Norcalpizzachik, 2024-12-23

### **--- "Tricky"
Not easy to use
-- ljmonty65, 2024-12-22

### *---- "App is bad."
Why bother with the app that aggravates browsing experience. Keeps freezing. Spinning and the. Saids i dont have account code etc. not worth time to shop
-- trwderz, 2024-12-20

### **--- "Will not load in store"
I am not able to take advantage of the discounts because I can never get the app to load in the store.
-- Mar’s bar, 2024-12-19

### **--- "Half baked"
Full of bugs. Will not accept location. Not ready for prime time. I always pick the digital sale items up and have the clerk adjust the prices. At least I’m shopping
-- iamlindalee, 2024-12-17

### *---- "Octogenarian"
I hate market aps and digital coupons.
-- photo grammy, 2024-12-14

### **--- "Not easy to use"
This app does not remember coupons you save, erased them twice on us. If you save a coupon by mistake, you can’t delete it. Not an easy app to use.
Also our store was sold out of most everything that we had coupons for
-- Salty dog x, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Store Locator"
Poor
-- CA4me, 2024-12-12
