It keeps having connection issues to the samsung servers 
The washing AP is active as per the instructions but the app continuously just look for it and never comes back. The app just show a cycling blue circle that never ends.

Wow did samsung just put a feature on it spec sheet so they can sell more but don’t provide the actual feature.

All bad, I’m never buying Samsung products again

Won’t connect to Samsung server unless my phone is on 5G. Every time you open the app you have to enter a pword and 2 step verification. I said I didn’t want 2 step but it forces you to set it up regardless. Will not detect washing machine. Just goes into an endless searching cycle. Absolute trash, clunky and poorly designed UI, but what do you expect from Samsung

I have a £1,300 washing machine with internet connection, what is the point with such poor app that keeps losing connection, data and the washing machine not connecting. Rubbish thankfully the WM was an insurance replacement so I didn’t pay for the privilege.

I've followed the instructions several times, to try and connect my washing machine, j get to the point of using the machines wifi on my phone, but the app says it's not connected, although my phone days or clearly is, really annoying when you buy items for the features and part doesn't work. There should be an option for zero stars for this app. I downloaded it and it found my account - eventually. Then wants to find an appliance. When you click on it, it wants to sign you in again. So you do that and then it wants to register you for an account - again. And it keeps going round and round without letting you go any further. Bravo!

Downloaded the app after linking the Samsung Home to Alexa so I could add my TV’s on so I could get Alexa to operate the TV. Once logged in I get an error saying that the app can’t connect to the Samsung servers...meaning I can’t even add the devices to my Samsung account! Useless!

Stark contrast to Bosch app where everything works easily. Gutted I bought Samsung washing machine first, would stick to Bosch for everything now.

Login page every single time you try to add device. Login with security code which is 20 characters long and hard to guess. Never lucky to succeed with it anyway. Never seen worse app in my life. Smart things ?

### *---- "Rubbish! Samsung need to wake up"
Managed to connect the app to the device fine but after using the app realised actually how pointless it is. 
First you have to press the Smart Control button on the dryer each time you press the On button & it takes about 1 minute to connect to WiFi.
Secondly it does not remember your last setting (e.g Mixed Load) which is predominantly what I use.
Thirdly it won’t give you a push notification when the program has finished.
Completely pointless!! I can manually switch it on & get it on the right program quicker than messing around with this app!
