## Smart K Reviews in United States

### *---- "Will not recognizing my plugs"
Does not recognizing the adapters for wall plugs after installation making The wireless adapter is useless. Do not waste your money on this junk.
-- Qe2 GBTT, 2026-03-02

### *---- "Have they stopped supporting this?"
All devices have disconnected. Can’t re-connect. Deleted and reloaded app, still will not connect. Useless.
-- Thewhatupdawg, 2025-05-18

### *---- "Updates"
Over 4 years and no updates, item will just won’t find network. This product and support is lame
Should be negative stars
-- MrSkary, 2025-03-31

### *---- "Privacy"
This app requires PRECISE location in order to use there products… That means the exact precision location of your own home. Don’t use this app!!
-- Lucas.Raptor, 2022-07-05

### *---- "privacy risk and doesnt work"
this cannot find any of my smart kk original WiFi plugs. and the app now requires a cloud login and claims to need my precise location in order to work at all.

the original app didn't need login or location settings m order to work. and thus this feels like it's become yet another tentacle of the cancerous strongman running china.
-- tb2112, 2022-01-02

### *---- "Buy another brand"
App keeps crashing when trying to add a device.
-- kpillot, 2020-02-17

### *---- "Poor usability and crashes adding plug"
The app has bad ux and after last update it remove all devices and also it crashes when trying to add a new device. Not even the happy path works.
-- ElKatu, 2020-02-13

### *---- "Horrible"
This app is the worst AND support is nil.
-- iamBrwnSgr, 2019-10-23

### *---- "Works only occasionally"
When it works it's a useful product. Unfortunately, it disconnects from the network too frequently and reconnection time consuming and often fails. A home security system that is frequently off line is worthless. Appears to be a Chinese company and customer service offers no assistance. Basically a costly throw-away.
