privacy risk and doesnt work
this cannot find any of my smart kk original WiFi plugs. and the app now requires a cloud login and claims to need my precise location in order to work at all. the original app didn't need login or location settings m order to work. and thus this feels like it's become yet another tentacle of the cancerous strongman running china.
Buy another brand
App keeps crashing when trying to add a device.
Poor usability and crashes adding plug
The app has bad ux and after last update it remove all devices and also it crashes when trying to add a new device. Not even the happy path works.
Horrible
This app is the worst AND support is nil.
Works only occasionally
When it works it's a useful product. Unfortunately, it disconnects from the network too frequently and reconnection time consuming and often fails. A home security system that is frequently off line is worthless. Appears to be a Chinese company and customer service offers no assistance. Basically a costly throw-away.
