Tried to log in for a guest and got kicked out and it now says I am not a registered resident. Horrible software interface 10/10 do not recommend. -- Shdhhsusks, 2025-06-26 ### *---- "Account issues" I am unable to login into my account or reset my password. The reset option does not work and does not send a code to reset. There is no customer assistance. -- Ten115, 2025-06-22 ### *---- "Horrible App" Unable to sign in because it states “Invalid Login Credentials!” despite having just entered my password. Upon resetting the password using the code sent via text, the password I reset 10 seconds prior leads to “Invalid Login Credentials!” Either my memory is not what it should be, or this awful company simply wants my car to be towed. -- I Hate Smart-Park, 2025-05-19 ### *---- "Account Issues" I created an account on the Smart Parking app, but the name I entered doesn’t exactly match the one on my lease. Now I’m unable to complete the registration process, and the app doesn’t provide an option to edit my name or delete the account to start over. I’m currently stuck and unable to proceed. A feature to update personal information or reset the account would be really helpful. I’ve also tried to find a way to contact customer support for assistance, but I couldn’t locate any contact information within the app or on their website. Could you please provide a customer service number or email address so I can resolve this issue? -- Jessy Emery, 2025-05-15 ### *---- "Registering my vehicle" I cannot register my vehicle is there’s not a C350 on the list for Mercedes-Benz so what do I put on here? I couldn’t call you all because it told me to go to the URL. I did that in the sent it as if it was a fake email I will send you my number, but I don’t want everyone to see my number as well as my email so now how do I get in contact with you? Talk to the front office and they told me to get in contact with y’all -- MZ TRAP MONEY, 2025-04-26 ### *---- "Stupid app" This is just a stupid idea this should be only for visitors and for residents, if you’re resident and you forget to add your vehicles to the app they will tow you ! That’s really stupid we’re in 2025 fjnd better way, residential complexes should give a special tag for residents vehicles or bar code stickers that all it make it easier !!!! Look like they are working with the tow company to get commission after every tow that’s all !!! STUPID -- Seleno2018, 2025-03-09 ### *---- "Horrible app & tow company’s" This app is horrible, it glitches all the time and it ends up in getting your car towed. -- VictoriaaPinkk., 2025-01-03 ### **--- "Not a fan" Not a fan -- MinuteLateParkingXOXO, 2024-11-27 ### *---- "Terrible" This is app is terrible. Easy way for property and tow truck drivers to make money despite computer error/glitch. I cant even reset my password to access my pending/active permits. This has caused my car to get towed and the scamming tow truck company wont recognize the app error. FIX THE APP!!! -- TianniWWW, 2024-11-19 ### *---- "Easy money" I couldn't register my vehicle because the property couldn't be selected, and my car was towed from in front of my house. I had to pay $202 to get my car back. I'm trying to reach an official, but no one is available. Later, I learned that I needed to turn off the location information to find the property. In 2024, while all applications ask us to turn on location information, this application requires us to turn it off. They have found a way to make easy money. -- Nahgad, 2024-07-18 [View all Smart reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Smart Discovered Keywords - smart - parking - smart app ## Apps Similar to Smart - [ButterflyMX](https://apptail.io/app/butterflymx-dae/united-states) - [CellGate Mobile Connect](https://apptail.io/app/cellgate-mobile-connect-gvG/united-states) - [SmartCredit®](https://apptail.io/app/smartcredit-oRI/united-states) - [Gatewise Multifamily-Access](https://apptail.io/app/gatewise-multifamily-access-aYR/united-states) - [YottaResident](https://apptail.io/app/yottaresident-TvX/united-states) - [Comelit](https://apptail.io/app/comelit-VQY/united-states) - [ADT Resident](https://apptail.io/app/adt-resident-hUrb/united-states) - [Cloud Dentistry](https://apptail.io/app/cloud-dentistry-iYEb/united-states) - [Venterra Realty SMARTHUB](https://apptail.io/app/venterra-realty-smarthub-RgIb/united-states) - [FRAYT Driver](https://apptail.io/app/frayt-driver-UTon/united-states) ## Smart Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/smart-parking-dGnd/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/smart-parking-dGnd/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
