As well as all the other problems Now some menus, copy/paste ect is in Chinese! It should be possible to update app without breaking it. (Again & Again) It’s not as though you bother adding new features! Just new devices at the expense of CSP owners.

Previous update caused the app not to open. So you have a smart piano without all the smart features! Latest update crashes the app when you select a saved bespoke registration. Considering the cost of Yamaha pianos and the fact Yamaha make millions of pounds, you would think they could provide a stable app.

Looks like a good App for the Yamaha keyboard ~ but I can’t tell because it just refuses to link to my keyboard (P125).

A 3 year old could write a better app. No list of supported instruments. This should be THE FIRST item in the description. There is THE WORLDS LONGEST LINE to where the list might be, but it’s; 1. Not a hot link, and 2. In copyable (at least on my iPad) so typing it letter for letter is the only option. When you finally download all 300+ MB of it, the menus and back links are atrocious. I found myself constantly in dead ends with no obvious way out. Did I mention the 3 year old thing? Finally plug my modern Yamaha keys in (Paigerro NP-120) only to be informed it’s not supported. What a waste of time. DELETE

This didn’t work even with updated firmware on the piano . Crap.

It’s good but can we purchase add-ons like some other apps? I would like to get some styles to add to the rhythms. There are different elements with the different piano models so perhaps it would be possible fairly easily. It would also give Yamaha additional income Ferdy fingers

Yamaha has not kept this app up-to-date, so it does not connect to my CLP-745 via Bluetooth. So it is not worth paying extra for Bluetooth, unless you wish to use other apps, such as Apple Music which of course does connect perfectly. Very disappointing Yamaha.

My instrument is Clavinova CLP-625... when I connect the Smart Pianist app to my instrument... it shows me a message saying that the instrument is not supported... Is Yamaha going to support this instrument in the future?
