## Smart Power 24/7 Reviews in United States

### **--- "Lag!!!!!!"
Half the time this App doesn’t work…. Way too much lag and the App won’t load.
-- Eindridi7, 2025-09-10

### *---- "Worthless app"
App doesn’t report when the sump pump cycles. I can hear it cycle but the app never shows it. No faith in the app
-- Belton Place FC, 2025-06-21

### ***** "Smart Power Pump"
Thank You for this technology it has helped me quite a bit…

     Sincerely
David R.

### ***** "Works flawlessly"
Able to connect my 24/7 immediately through the app. Quick and easy. Alerts are amazing. Peace of mind knowing exactly what’s on with my system. Would highly recommend to my whole neighborhood!
-- KC2532, 2024-08-06

### *---- "Impossible to connect to pump"
I’ve tried setting up the pump unit 10 times in the app. Light turns green, I click connect, light turns red and says it can’t connect.
-- jeepinchad, 2024-04-02

### ***** "Updated App"
The newest version of the app has been helpful. The old version sucked, I’m surprised they figured it out! Very easy to navigate now.
-- Ronald T. Burgandy, 2023-10-18

### ***** "Best Sump Pump App"
Best application I’ve used in regards to sump pumps and insightful in the usage of my pump. I couldn’t recommend any other app on the market after using this one. I would rate it 10/10 stars if I could. Thank you!
-- Don Deedo, 2023-08-01

### *---- "Junk"
This app is terrible. It will not tell me my cycle history or how much has been pumped out. It says I have 2 notifications with a red number on the app icon, but you can’t find them and the number never goes away. This is ridiculous with the amount of money you pay for this system.
-- La La19, 2023-05-15

### *---- "Can’t even log in"
I have tried for a year now to get logged in. I can’t even create an account it tells me there is an unknown error. I really want to know how my pump is working but since I have never been able to log I will never know. I also know the pump trying to connect as I recently began getting alerts from my internet. Please get an app that actually works or a way to log in on the internet so we can track our pumps.
-- Kmuels213, 2023-04-30

### *---- "Missing basic functionality"
Doesn’t appear to be any way to delete a pump from your account. Based on how often pumps lose their connection and need to be re-added, you just end up with a list of “ghost pumps” from all the previously lost connections.
