Some functions aren’t working then HP want to charge you a monthly fee to use most options on your printer.

So hard to navigate and goes off line for no reason very difficult
Features do not work. Nowhere to cancel
Trialled this app. Lots of features. Did a test scan of documents. App will not let me delete. There is nowhere on the app where i can cancel my free trial/subscritption. Terms state it will automatically renew. I do not wish to renew.

Tutorials are out of date. Technical support unable to be accessed quickly. Subscription paid to no avail. Still unable to print 12 hours in.

The app don’t let me print in both sides, so i decide don’t continue use this. I tried to cancel the free trial and I can’t found it the option
