No support on printers and no responses when I send a question
Confusing
Installation not clearly stated; confusing
App printers
Both of my HP printers are always problems with setting up with the app. My old HP printer always worked. Every time when I didn’t need the app to use. If I load one then the other one doesn’t work. If I load with my iPhone, then add my iPad, one-off the two won’t operated it. I programmed the Smart tank one so many times that I gave up and bought a cheap simple ink cartridge one but it turns out to need the app also and have nearly as many problems with that one too. Now I have given up and just try to print only using my iPad since if I add my iPhone it cancels the iPad and my Lenovo laptop. I really wish I didn’t need the app to use your printers. Both the iPad and the iPhone are under 2 years old and worked perfectly with my old non-app HP printers.
