Smart Printer App & Scan Reviews
Pay to print
This is the first time I have been asked to pay a subscription before I can print , I don’t need all the extras as I have Microsoft office and my art programmes which cost me enough , thank god my canon doesn’t ask me to pay before I can print , won’t be buying a HP Printer again , Canon all the way
The worst!
Impossible to print- trying to force me into a paid subscription
Too expensive
Hate being forced to chose a payment plan for ink. Really doesn’t work for me. I’m just about to cancel my account, having brought a new printer from a company that has a better way of doing business.

Printer over 10years old, why do you want to control.
I’ll never ever buy a HP product again.
hp smart print ripoff
I’m having trouble connecting my iPhone iPad and my chrome book to my WiFi network using their free app, but it’s connecting no trouble using their subscription services app, they never mentioned that when I purchased the printer.
It’s going to be expensive at £64 for lifetime memberships for each device x 4 for my 2 iPhones, mine and the wife iPhones, I also have a iPad and chrome book , that’s a massive total of £236 and that’s not including the original printer price of £140, grand total of £376 wow, I would love to know if that’s typical of all printers.
I’m seriously thinking to taking it back and buying a colour laser printer with more features and and greater resolution and greater print speed quality and more paper size choices.
Can anyone advise me please

Mess!!! Opaque! Originally free!
Fleecing!
Mr
I could not connect the printer
Unfit for purpose
The hp 6400 envy has been nothing but a problem since I bought it I have yet to be able to print out a single document without issue It is over complicated and the app is atrocious. The only thing the app is useful for is to try to sell you upgrades I can only presume the upgrades are there to make the printer usable This is the first time I have bought a hp printer and it will be the last Interestingly enough the reviews will not print unless you give a high score. T just tells you the username is taken 1 star
