I just subscribed to a monthly pro version, but somehow it seems not all functionality has been unlocked. Also spent HOURS scanning a ton of receipts, only now to see the images are no longer attached to a ton of them, so I don’t have the opportunity to go clean them up without rescanning again!!!!!!!! This is incredibly frustrating, and this app just cost me hours of my time that I’m not getting back.
Also, there’s no way to scan multiple images files at once. So imagine how tedious it is if you have a bunch of scanned receipts on your phone, and you have to go through them one by one.

I picked out smart receipts a few months ago over much more expensive apps like Expensify. So far so good as it is simple, easy to use, and easy to see where you’re at as it provides an automatic summary spreadsheet as you go. It would be better to be able to upload multipage receipts, but there is a workaround for this. Also tech-support by email has been quick and thorough. All in all yes I would definitely recommend.

Transferring data is a nightmare
So hard to transfer the data from one platform to another. Export and import of backup file doesn’t restore all images.
I expect better from paid apps. Haven’t received response to the email I sent on their support email.

I was billed multiple times and the app never sync’d up. Complete garbage. Plus the how-to videos don’t match the app - just a terrible experience
