I claimed 2 years’ worth of receipts in 30mins on my phone, whilst lying on the couch watching tv. The ease of this app made my lazy Sunday morning far more productive than usual. -- Cms!14!, 2026-09-07 ### ***** "Mr" The new Smart Salary Packaging app is easy to use, intuitive, and makes managing my salary packaging much more convenient. I love how simple it is to access my information, track my benefits, and manage everything in one place. Overall, it’s a great improvement and provides a much smoother and more user-friendly experience. Loving this app!!💕 -- Avocado_4_Life, 2026-09-04 ### ***** "Convenient!" Easy to navigate and I didnt have a hard time submitting my claims. The FAQs are helpful also. -- Ollie Miguel Gaston, 2026-09-02 ### ***** "Love it!" its so handy managing my account through the new app. -- Cali Halaguena, 2026-09-02 ### ***** "So smart" Love the new app and how easy to submit claims -- Taxwise, 2026-09-02 ### ***** "Best app ever!" Easiest salary packaging app I have ever used! -- Sarah10004, 2026-09-02 ### ***** "Awesome Upgrade" Loving the new app. Provides everything you need. Easy claims. Great summaries. -- Illawarra warrior, 2026-09-02 ### ***** "Love your new app" Claims made so easy. Can’t wait to see what else is coming. -- katseeto, 2026-08-31 ### **--- "Buggy" First time it worked well, second time…would not log in with credentials I set up. Tried deleting and reinstalling app with no luck. Same result; keeps refreshing to log in screen. Disappointing, as first time I used it was good for quick overviews of your account and certain functions. I am better off opening a browser window, which is less than convenient. -- Abelard72, 2026-07-24 ### *---- "Useless" Failed to send me a replacement card for my expired card. When I called, they told me I would have to wait up to 14 days for the new card to arrive, meaning I have no access to the funds until the new card arrives. They emailed back saying it could take up to 15 days for the card to arrive, and that I could still access my funds during the wait. The app does not show you full card details. Email did not disclose how to add card to Apple wallet without physical card. Online website had no instructions to. Couldn’t search anywhere online either 🤷🏻‍♀️ Poor customer service. Basically told me to just wait and there was nothing they could do despite it being their fault. -- Txna.a, 2026-07-17 ### ***** "Chocolate eater" This app is so easy to use, I’m now on my third salary sacrifice provider, I feel like now have the right service I need with a clear understanding on my savings. -- Syd Swans, 2026-06-25 ### *---- "Nonfunctional." Basic requirement to allow to sign in is non-functional. Chose SMS to obtain pass code, and stuck in loading loop as the app tries to log in via interfacing Smart website. -- ausfoodie, 2026-06-04 ### *---- "No access to the new Smart app" I have been a client since 2022. When I open the app I’m shown a “your account isn’t ready to be managed in the new app just yet” message. My first thought is why? Is being a client for over 4 years not long enough to justify not being able to use this app? Does Smart prioritise newer clients over established clientele? The old app which is still on the AppStore is horrid and yet although it shows me zero useful information, I can use that to log in verses this app. Not a good look. -- neoVisceral, 2026-05-31 ### ***-- "Almost got it" If this app also showed where your transactions were made rather than JIT Transaction for everything. I would this app use over the other smart app. The other app is useless and unreliable -- SPS0101, 2026-05-29 ### *---- "As useless as the company itself" Apparently my account "isn't ready" for the app. The absolute incompetence of this company never ceases to amaze me. -- Kepsimax, 2026-05-28 ### *---- "Old app better" Can’t even open the app. Loading for so long and nothing -- daisydeej19, 2026-05-25 ### *---- "Just a different look but not any better." What’s the point. I’ve downloaded the old app so I can see where my transactions are from. -- pjnnt, 2026-05-21 ### ***** "Nice one finally!" Got a nice app after a long time.. Addressed the pressing need of easy login, claims submission, discounts and few others. -- btbrad, 2026-05-19 ### *---- "Frozen and doesn’t work." As has been reported in other reviews for weeks now, the App doesn’t work. Screen frozen and is useless. -- Jaw Racing, 2026-05-18 ### ***** "Discounts! Discounts!" Loved how easy it was to get my Kogan gift card with 6% off and then buy my apple AirPods that I’ll now Salary sacrifice. Easy big time savings. Why wouldn’t you?! 😀 -- Smart Money Saver, 2026-05-14 [View all Smart Salary Packaging reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Smart Salary Packaging Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Australia | Finance | #64 | ## Smart Salary Packaging Discovered Keywords - novated lease - statewide - snl - novated lease australia - smart salary packaging --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
