Smart Salik makes managing your Salik account easier and more convenient. Now new services and features are added to help you even more.
Existing features are all available, you can check your balance, Recharge your account or any other account, you can also add and remove vehicles, check your trips and violations, update you profile information and access general Salik information.
New features and services include:
• Enhanced Dashboard: get important insights about your account balance and activities in a flash.
• Countdown timer: keep you alerted about potential violations.
• Remove Vehicle: no need to contact the call center or visit a location.
• Recharge using Mobile and Plate instead of Account and PIN: even more convenient than before.
• Sign in using finger print.
• Stay logged in with a "keep me signed in" feature.
• An enhanced scanning feature to scan recharge numbers, T.C. and Tag numbers.
• 3D touch
• Apple Watch support
• Manage multiple profiles for all members of your family and friends

Please note that the Smart Salik App requires the following permissions:
- Location Services:
The app will access this service to provide directions to the toll gates & customer service locations.
- Photos / Media:
The app will access these files to allow you to set your profile picture.
- Camera:
The app will access these services to allow you to use the OCR feature when recharging.
- Push Notifications:
The app will send Push Notifications regarding app updates if user agrees to accept the notifications on their device.
يجعل تطبيق سالك الذكي إدارة حساب سالك الخاص بك أكثرسهولة من أي وقت مضى. لقد قمنا بإضافة خدمات وميزات جديدة لمساعدتك بشكل أفضل.

Salek app not working
Hello salek teams I trying to open salek app But cant reach Continue loading My mobis I phone 15 Plz fix this issue for my account
Unsignable into it
Friends, whats that cant log in to app its glitch or bug No fixes cant pay salik being outside the country and will get fine
very complicated and not user friendly
the system still ask user tag number and account number while most of mobile app users prefer mobile number or emial ID I rest my password successfully but system still not accepting the new password that system itself accepted during the password rest process. I called their call centrr but it was worst , I am still not able to login and no proper communication from their call center
App not working
Hi team, App is not loading for me since 1 month, I even reinstalled the app but still keeps loading on splash screen. I have faced this issue in rta app as well, please look into this. Thanks
App is not operating well
I tried to open it since 3 days. I delete the app ,, the I downloaded it again. Issue is still again.
Cannot even sign in easily
Integrate UAE Pass. Not user friendly . Deleted immediately after installing.
App with bugs
Most items look OK, however you cannot activate a new tag from this app (you can only do it from the website). As a result, people waste their time trying, getting from the app the wrong messages, then contacting Salik to explain them the wrong messages only to finally get the answer that “you can only do it from the laptop”. A little mote respect to people’s time wouldn’t hurt…
