## Smart Selangor SITS Description
Smart Selangor Bus Programme was established by the Selangor State Government to provide an efficient and high quality public transportation service to its citizen. This programme was launched in July 2015 starting with 3 local authorities but it was later expanded to 11 authorities in 2016 due to overwhelming response from the public. A few criteria were set for Smart Selangor bus routes such as those area which has no access to commercial public bus service.

This mobile application is one of the Selangor state's initiative under the Smart Selangor Delivery Unit (SSDU) to enhance the service of Smart Selangor Bus for the benefit of bus passengers as it will enable them to plan their bus journey better. User of the application would be able to access all the Free Bus information provided by all local councils of Selangor state. Information such as Estimated Time of Arrival is provided for each of the bus stops covered by the Free Bus Service.

One of the most unreliable apps. This is supposed to help users to plan their journeys but more often than not it fails to do its job.   Also the app has not been updated for umpteen years. What a crying shame!

May I know how long should you improve the apps system? It been a week since it keeps loading. I want to see the schedule also very hard a rn? Do you move around using bus? Probably no right? Is that why it is so slow?

I used the apps before. I think it’s better than PULSE because it shows buses real time route. PULSE is a little bit complicated. Anyway I think SITS is better than PULSE when it comes to friendly user. Please fix the GPS problem. I would like to give 5 stars if it’s happened. Thank you.

The app is not working, spinning all the while. There’s no alternative and no other way to get the schedule. It wasn’t like this, but it is now not functioning at all. Annoyed

After a year that I keep the above from sending out as review, it is still the same.

Lodged complaint at the selangor complaint portal and nothing happened.

So you are actually providing the service or not?

I can’t even find alternative schedule from the internet. Wonder how is the reflected in payments to your app developer and bus contractor.
