## Smart Sous Reviews in Canada

### ***** "A low cost resource for data management that does exactly what I needed"
As a sous vide chef for many years, the cost of keeping my inspector satisfied made it not worth serving my menu at all. After meeting Ben and his team, I was blown away how easy this app, with the needed hardware, was to use.

This investment goes beyond temperature monitoring. It logs my cooking data and validated all my food temperature for the inspector, all built into the app, and no need to hire a food scientist to just do this job. It literally created the documents and all at a few taps on my phone.

Wow!
