It was working fine earlier and now it’s stopped working on iPhone. I can open it but not a single video able to play. Iptv provider has no fix as same portal works fine on ipad. Open support request last week but no response so far

Have been using this for a long time on tv and it works amazingly! It may not be popular but our IPTV provider provides us a cheaper price than Netflix and prime! Definitely worth it, I recommend for tv. I am unaware of its usage on other devices but tv is best for this app.

On Apple Tv pressing the forward button once skips forward by 2-3 minutes, if the movie is like 2-3 hours. It should be skipping in seconds not minutes. Please make it like Youtube, if you press once it skips 15 seconds. If you press and hold it skips faster.

Seems I rushed into buying this app. My app crashed on my TV and refused to come up. Did everything that support asked me to do but it just won’t work. Support was not helpful, after mutiple message exchanges they wanted me to send them video proof of doing the steps and they do not issue refunds - go figure! 

Giving it even one star seems excessive but to write a review it needs atleast that much. After the whole unpleasant experience of this app and support, I realized STB in smartSTB actually means “Save The Brains” and stay away from this app!
