## Smart Time Plus Mobile Description
smart time plus mobile: Nutzbar für Anwender der Zeiterfassung smart time plus von NovaCHRON mit dem entsprechendem Lizenzumfang

Mit smart time plus mobile erfassen Sie Ihre Arbeitszeiten ortsunabhängig und rund um die Uhr. Ob Kommen oder Gehen, die Buchungen werden in Echtzeit auf dem Firmenserver gespeichert und können umgehend auf Smartphone oder Tablet eingesehen werden. Ein manuelles Synchronisieren ist somit nicht erforderlich.
Bei fehlender oder gestörter Internetverbindung werden aktuell getätigte Buchungen zwischengespeichert und zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt automatisch an den Firmenserver gesendet.

Funktionsumfang:

•Zeiterfassung beim Kommen und Gehen. Die Buchungen können mit einem Abwesenheitsgrund verknüpft werden wie z. B. Dienstgang, Arztgang, Raucherpause;

•Buchungsabfragen

Wochenweise Übersicht über alle relevanten Daten wie z. B. Buchungen, Soll-, Istzeit, Überstunden, Urlaub 

•Freibestimmte Übertragung  von Standort-Positionen in Verbindung mit Arbeitszeitbuchungen

•Stellen von Anträgen vergessener Buchungen oder Abwesenheiten wie Urlaub und Dienstreise

•Statusübersicht über zugeordnete Mitarbeiter
