Bought it, doesnt work and its so hard to connect

I asked for a refund as this was purchased with 3 days free trial intent, not knowing that it was a redownloaded app already, that was my mistake. However, if you check your system, the app was never used, it was maybe opened less than 10 mins as it was not useable to me as well, I still have a physical remote and the app doesn’t even pair with my phone. Steam refunds from hours of usage from but you guys don’t even if it does nor work. SCAM
