Unable to schedule the transport
The app has upgraded however needs more enhancement . To plug in transport request have to do it from website instead of app. This need an urgent need to fix

If GPRS is not working alert will be generated via SMS.
Whenever you are in emergency Just follow three easy steps :-
1) Press the Panic button.
2) Select the type of services required.
3) Click Submit and you are done.

The best part of this app is Schedule, Safe drop and Tracking. It shows the cab details and location on the screen. IVR calls connected in just a second and without showing the Contact Number.

V- 6.3.24 has bug
Version 6.3.24 has a bug, which doesn't allows user to update the schedule. The schedule page is not even opening.
Helpful in distress
I am thankful to Smart24x7 , I have used this app while my daughter is out for school or for Tution, we have her location and have feeling that we are with her for her safety Thanks
