## SmartBike Description
Bicycles are a desirable form of transportation for many reasons, including the fact that taking a bicycle is environmentally-friendly, economically cost-effective, a way to keep fit and healthy and, on occasions, an enjoyable social activity. In the post-pandemic scenario bicycles are acknowledged as the safest means of commuting.

Bike-sharing, or public bicycle programs, have received increasing attention in recent years with initiatives to increase cycle usage, improve the first mile/last mile connection to other modes of transit, and lessen the environmental impacts of our transport activities.

SmartBike, a company run by passionate cyclists and entrepreneurs is India’s largest 
Public Bicycle Sharing System Company in India and is operating world-class PBS systems in New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad & Chandigarh and soon in other cities.

SmartBike has transformed the way bicycles are used on a sharing basis by the common citizen by providing high-quality bicycles at thickly populated residential and commercial centers through the installation of bicycle stations. The process of rent and return is digital and can be used on a smartphone. Riders can easily rent and return through our App from any SmartBike station and return at any SmartBike station in the city. SmartBike App is very user-friendly as it shows the nearest bike the station, number of bikes available at the the station, the route to reach nearest bike station and captures all the post-ride details like distance traveled, calories burnt etc.

SmartBike uses state of Smart bicycles, which are custom designed for Indian roads and fitted with a secure lock system. Each bicycle is integrated with SmartBike App which gives the rider, better access, and convenience to ride it. The bicycles can be rented from any SmartBike station and returned anywhere else at our stations within your city.

For the first time I used their service but really had a bad experience. The lock of the bikes are broken and does not even open and bike even not paused,  called at their customer care and it was of no help. While parking the bike their map showed - not an authentic stop even though a bike station was there and top of it the bike was not even getting locked again called them and they said we will pick up the bike and will refund your money but nothing has been done till now it’s been 5 days .

I have taken this bike and planned to drop it on next docking station but In map they were showing but actually its not there to drop i was going for 25km(5 stations according to map they were showing) started ride at 8:30pm now at 12:41am mid night still not able to find an drop station and haven't reached my home yet. 

You should verify the location you marked. One or two can be mistake but this is too much

Guys, don’t put money in this app, after using your cycle they have no option to refund the money. You will have to call or email them separately and then also they don’t refund. 

It’s been over 45days now, they haven’t refunded the money and have stopped replying on email. 

It is a request to App Store to block this app, it is a scam!
