## SmartCard eIM Reviews in Australia

### *---- "DELETE YOUR APP FROM THE ENTIRE WORLD."
Worst app ever. Glitchy, complicated, and useless. People will gamble and buy alcohol no matter what you do, so stop trying to stop them. You make everyone’s life harder.
-- ollieandcam, 2022-04-27

### *---- "Horrible"
This entire app is just a mess. It’s complicated, glitchy, and just flat-out stupid. I was forced onto the program against my will because I temporarily moved to a certain area. And they said it has to risk my wellbeing in order for me to quit the program, which is atrocious. This is the WORST card I have ever been on, and I’d recommend to stay as FAR away from it as possible. Disgraceful.
-- EnvyEthan, 2022-04-25

### *---- "Bad"
Everytime I try to login it keeps telling me there’s an issue I can’t even find where online to login to see how much I have as well. Bad app
-- Neko.mimi, 2021-06-20

### *---- "App and Website don’t work"
Been trying to log in for three weeks now on the app and website neither work. If we’re forced to use it you could at least make it accessible…
-- notaccesable, 2021-05-17

### *---- "Sad really"
App hasn’t worked in weeks and would barely call it functional when it does work need to work more like a bank app
-- RaraPhilips, 2020-12-04

### *---- "App has not been working for almost 2 weeks now"
Can only check my balance via internet search, I’ve even tried re-downloading the app
-- Robbomate, 2020-11-26

### *---- "I would but no stars but that’s not an option"
Terrible lay out insternally also very annoying having to relogin with a password instead of a code EVERYTIME you open the app. Overall terrible designed
-- Pastelplanets, 2020-11-25

### *---- "Terrible!!!"
Froze my brand new phone for hours I could not even answer calls. Had to go to a phone repair shop to fix it!
-- ashcatt83, 2020-01-22

### *---- "so standard needs update pronto."
This app is lacking so much it hasn’t been updated in 2 years which even makes it less secure. Please update the app, thank you.
-- Jordyn Lark, 2019-05-14

### ***-- "Needs to be more functional"
Overall it’s okay but would be a lot more convenient to be able to save bpay details and have a pin to log in. Relatively small changes but would definitely be handy.
-- CressidaDB, 2019-04-28
