How is it possible if I'm putting MY CARD... in the chat I never got help they just repeated that I should enter my data manually (which I did a thousand times) they even told me that my card was prepaid and that could be the error. And that I had to use another card... Hello, it's my only card!!!. Anyway, I felt that they treated me as if I were fraud, as if I wasn't the person I said, I didn't feel that they helped me at all. I don't recommend them, if someone had a better experience congratulations, but looking at the reviews I think this app really doesn't work... This apps needs lots is improvements. I just created an account and it says my account can’t be found, I go here to try to reset my password, which even try multiple times and never received a link to change my password to my email which is very suspicious. Right after I gave all my personal info it locked me out and it’s almost like I never created an account. two days after I was finally able to change my password, but then again it said the account has not been found. As soon as you click on something, it logs you out. I have not been able to add any of my accounts due to this. When you email support, they tell you to call them to troubleshoot. For what? The problem is the crappy, unusable app, NOT user error! Charging $30 per month for an app that doesn’t come close to being usable is thuggery.
