## Smarter 2.0 Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Annoying"
App not working again! I swear this app stops working at least once a week now, it’s getting ridiculous!
-- Disappointed eBay user, 2021-11-16

### *---- "Absolutely Crap"
I’ve had kettle for a few years now and following various updates etc.. app doesn’t work..

Will never buy another product
-- Ian 5059, 2021-03-27

### *---- "Great when working"
Installed this for our coffee machine and it works great when I can open the app but most of the time the app won’t open and I have to uninstall and download again. It would also be handy to just have a function that would make coffee same time each day and not just an alarm or if you could programme through IFTTT
-- bamklb, 2021-01-25

### *---- "Worst app"
Had kettle less than 7 hours and it’s definitely getting retuned app manages to open once then crashes then won’t reopen for a kettle price of 100 odd quid I’d expect the app to be up to the job shocking
-- T0mmy87, 2020-12-30

### *---- "Abandoned"
Very said that people who paid a lot of money for products are just left behind and their apps aren’t updated.

Pity the manufacturer doesn’t really have an interest in you once you’ve bought the product.
-- Mike503503503503, 2020-09-21

### **--- "Good when working"
Great until it inexplicably losses connection. Told by support to delete app and reinstall. Why?
Take an age to reset up. Irritating.
-- Edjetace, 2020-06-29

### *---- "Bugs"
Can no longer change the temperature on my iKettle following the latest March 2019 update. I love the product but have always found the software to be unreliable and frustrating to set up and get working properly. Connection is always dropped. £100 kettle and no app update in over 1 year?
-- Sjcnapas12, 2020-04-16

### *---- "App broken?"
Is the app broken? Had kettle 3 days and already had to install app twice!! What’s happening?

I click on app, it fills screen, starts to open and then closes
Can anyone help, please?!
-- nicebiscuit, 2020-03-14

### ***** "Great kettle"
I’ve had no problems apart from it disconnecting from time to time, easy to connect again, so 5 stars, my only complaint is that I can’t boil from my Apple Watch, I’m sure this is an easy fix for them, SO SORT IT OUT PLEASE!
-- Althedon1, 2019-12-05

### ***-- "Bugs galore"
Seems to have lost some functionality as certain features don’t work. For example I can’t boil the kettle from the main screen, I have to press “keep warm” for it to start.
