Smarter 3.0

Bare in mind that this coffee machine is not a crème de la crème. It’s a good concept however it lacks support from Smarter and updates. I’ve never seen a new feature added to the app and we have been using both the Kettle and coffee machine for years now. When I’ve asked a question I’ve never had it answered. There is a lot of FAQs but it won’t cover all the questions you get for example “how to recalibrate the water lever in the coffee machine”. The app does work and so does asking Google or Siri. The keep warm feature is amazing and being able to open the app and turn the kettle on whilst brushing your teeth saves a lot of time. This is a great product for people who want to save time and or like their technology. The alarm setting never really worked for me, it would be nicer if it linked to your actual alarm and worked. The welcome home feature is cool but would be better if it could be optionally automated so when you get home the kettle turns on. You won’t be dissatisfied/disappointed with these products. Just remember it’s a lot of tech to go wrong and it often does, the kettle must be kept descaled too. Despite all what I’ve said, we still love out smarter products.

I can’t get the app to see the kettle on the base. I’ve followed all the instructions including splitting my WiFi to ensure it’s on a 2.4Ghz connection and setting the channel to 11 or less. I’ve tried reconnecting the kettle multiple times including right on top of the router. The light on the bottom is not flashing so it’s connected. But app thinks the kettle is not on the base. I tried raising a ticket via the app but its immediately been deleted with no response. Will probably return.

The app features are much more convenient than I expected. Can see how much water is in my kettle, set it to boil when I wake up and even via Alexa. I’ve noticed the difference in my teas and coffees by adjusting the temp settings for what’s recommended. Overall a very clean and user friendly app.

Much improved feature now working very well

Worked decently enough for about 3 months. Never worked since. The calibration for water level is awful and to be honest filling up a normal kettle and boiling it was easier and quicker. 1 star because it’s reliability is shocking and the app is crap. Cheers

5 stars, can’t fault the fridge camera. Does exactly what I need it to do

My mates are impressed when I can make them a remote cup of tea but it is an expensive kettle that at the end of the day boils water. Good if you've got the money ‍

Waking up to a hot pot of water, I don't think there is anything better! The design is good but the kettle is a bit heavy, although great quality ​  ​     

I have the Ikettle 3.0 and for past 2 months has no longer worked with Alexa. Loads of emails unanswered, loads of “I will transfer you to a person” when using the help chat box. Service is non existent. Save your money and buy a different kettle- I believe Sean do a good one that’s fair price. If I could give negative stars I would.
